OX Factory Refund Policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
How refunds work
- Within 14 days of purchase: if you have not used any purchased coins, we refund the full amount. If you have used some, we refund the unused purchased coins with no deduction (unused purchased coins × the per-coin price of that pack).
- After 14 days: you can still get a refund for unused purchased coins, minus a 10% fee.
- Free coins (sign-up, daily, invite) are not refundable.
- Free coins are used first; purchased coins are used in the order they were bought.
- If a question, picture or plan fails on our side but coins were used, we return the same kind of coins.
- If we ever shut down the service, we refund unused purchased coins in full.
How to request
Email [email protected], follow the link in your Paddle receipt, or use "Request refund" at paddle.net. We process refunds within 3 business days to your original payment method through Paddle. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days. Refunded coins are removed from your account.
Fraud and chargebacks
If a payment is found to be fraudulent, or coins bought with a payment that was later charged back have been used, we may take back those coins and restrict the account.
