- KRW prices include Korean VAT. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Free coins are used first. Purchased coins are valid for 5 years from purchase.
- Coins stay in your account and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of purchase: full refund if unused; if partly used, we refund the unused coins.
- After 14 days: unused purchased coins are refunded minus a 10% fee.
- Free coins are not refundable.
- Request at [email protected], via your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net ("Request refund"). We process refunds to your original payment method within 3 business days.
