OX Factory Acceptable Use Policy
This policy says what you may not do with OX Factory (the "Service"), run by VIBEMENT CO., LTD. It is based on Article 8 (AI Output) and Article 10 (Prohibited Acts) of our Terms of Service. If this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.
What OX Factory makes
- You start with a one-word idea.
- You answer simple O/X questions. With each answer, an AI picture of your idea gets clearer.
- At the end, you get AI pictures and a written plan.
- If you want, you can also get design pictures.
- All of this is reference material made by AI. It may not be accurate or complete.
Prohibited content
You must not enter, make or share any of the following through the Service.
- Sexual or pornographic content.
- Any content involving minors in a sexual way.
- The face or likeness of a real person, including celebrities, without that person's consent. This includes deepfakes and impersonating a real person.
- Violent or hateful content, or content that harasses others.
- Content that infringes trademarks, copyright, design rights or portrait rights.
- Content that breaks the law or harms another person's rights, reputation or personal information.
- Plans or content for illegal goods or services.
- Malware, phishing or spam.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service in any of these ways.
- Scraping the Service or its content.
- Using automated tools for bulk use, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
- Reselling access to the Service or to your account.
- Using another person's account.
- Creating multiple accounts to get free coins.
How we enforce this policy
- We refuse inputs that break these rules. If output breaks them, we hide or delete it.
- Our AI provider's safety filters run on every picture.
- If you break these rules, we may give a warning, suspend your use or delete your account (Article 11 of the Terms).
- We may take back coins received by creating multiple accounts (Article 6 of the Terms).
- To report abuse or infringement, email [email protected]. We check the report and act without delay.
Age
- Members must be 19 or older.
- If someone lies about their age, we may restrict their use (Article 4 of the Terms).
